Mary Beth Maziarz is an author, facilitator, and professional songwriter whose songs have appeared in over fifty films and tv shows. In her workshops and new book, "Kick-Ass Creativity: An Energy Makeover for Artists, Explorers, and Creative Professionals" (Hampton Roads), she helps both established and emerging creative individuals reach new heights by tapping into unique forms of focus and inspiration. Mary Beth lives in Park City, Utah, with her husband, photographer Mark Maziarz, and daughter Daisy.
